Shocking service : Woolworths Food Store

Unbelievable!! - a third consecutive visit to Woolworths Food Paddocks today yielded exactly the same result - poor service delivery at check-out as experienced on both my previous visits to this Woolworths Food Store in Milnerton.
This time with the Woolworths store manager not even in the check-out area to assess the situation - a queue of customers and only three cashiers in operation (and I observed a 'security guard' [without any formal identification] removing the empty hand baskets from the counters).
The [only] difference this time was that a different manager eventually appeared, but the poor supervision style identical to the two previous visits.

I am now even more convinced that the Woolworth Retail Management is responsible for this absolute shocking service experience at the Woolworths Food Store Paddocks. A diminishing service [corporate] culture - from a once proud brand. A no-brainer in my opinion.
In the context of the perceived Paddocks retail / consumer success this Woolworths service delivery may just reflect a good opportunity that is not delivering on its real potential - a neglected Woolworths Food store perhaps?
I have yet again lost confidence in the Woolworths brand and its ability to deliver service at this Paddocks Food store. It is an absolute shame that this brand treats its customers with so little value and if I may - service respect.
