More shocking service at Woolworths - Canal Walk Century City
Maybe this is just my bad luck, but four consecutive poor service experiences at Woolworths is more than shocking - indeed a realisation [for me] that the good old days of good service at Woolworths is something of the past.
Today in an attempt to not visit Woolworths Paddocks Food store I tried Woolworths Canal Walk Century City. And guess? Yes - as poor as the service delivery received at Woolworths Paddocks on 14 August 2010.
I went in to settle my Woolworths account - with cash, but at the 'Financial Services' the only staff member there could not assist me - " no float'. So I went to the Pay Points. No cashiers available in the one half of the complete top or bottom clothing section - absolutely nobody. And on the other side a queue of people (with all cashiers at least present).
