Vodacom Customer Care's positive response to my 'Data Bundle Carry-Over' query
During the course of this morning I received a support phone call from a very professional Vodacom Customer Care representative in which we discussed the matter from various perspectives.
I am satisfied with the way he handled my query and pleased that the data will indeed be carried over. Proof will be in the pudding at month end.
My appreciation to @vodacom on Twitter for keeping a close-eye on this and other Vodacom Broadband support issues.
