Master Account Holder profile / status not allowed for Vodacom business account holders
I find it unbelievably strange and frustrating that as a Vodacom business account client I am not entitled to Master Account Holder status – and as a business account holder are therfore not allowed to add ad-hoc / additional 3G data bundles to my account (via online / call centre) request . This was confirmed on Monday after speaking to a supervisor from the Vodacom Business support call centre.
