Vodacom Business call centre response on poor Data Bundle Management
Contacting the Vodacom Broadband / Business call centre this morning re Vodacom poor data bundle account management I was informed that this is a network problem and it happens on month-end.
A supervisor's final recommendation to me was rather not use the Internet (if I am concerned that out-of-bundle rates will apply). This is now from one of our top telecommunication providers in South Africa.
I have serious doubt if I will ever get an answer / correcyion of this issue - mean time I should rather not use my additional data bundles on month-end.
