Standard_Bank_Thumb_Down.jpgThis is probably the most random service delivery I have seen in Cape Town for a long time. One month good and then on another occasion the ratios of staff delivery [deployment] does not add up. And no urgency to boot... My month-end visit to Standard Bank Milnerton in Loxton road did not yield a positive result this morning. Simply because they have two POS tellers with eight or more clients, but yet on the information desk there are three representatives. And did not see ANY Standard Bank supervisor / manager looking after this.

From time to time Standard Bank Milnerton deliver, but this randomness of service management is still embedded in a service culture that does not make provision for professional service delivery. Maybe just my observation, but a perception that has been with me for years at Standard Bank Milnerton is still that I may not get the service I believe Standard Bank is capable of delivering.   

Why should I dread visiting my Standard Bank if I get great experiences from most other service providers / vendors in Milnerton? - the Milnerton Kwikspar being a prime example.
