What a difference to enter Standard Bank Milnerton (Loxton Road) at 13:00 today and actually observe ALL the Point of Sale cubicles occupied (and the queue of people constantly moving).
I was expecting the same old slow trough-put when entering a substantial queue of customers.. But today, I must admit, I was wrong and the tellers / supervisors deserve some credit. Well done...
Service delivery is undoubtedly part of corporate culture, and only time will tell if substantial managerial effort will yield continuous positive results at this Standard Bank branch.
